WCT Holdings is involved in several new projects across its core businesses of Engineering & Construction and Property Development. In Engineering & Construction, WCT is working on the North-South (PLUS) Highway expansion project and other infrastructure projects in Malaysia and Bahrain. In Property Development, WCT is focusing on W City Larkinton in Johor Bahru and affordable housing projects like Adenia.

WCT is undertaking works for additional lanes on the North-South Expressway, specifically from Yong Peng (North) to Senai (North), Phase 1: Senai (North) - Sedenak (Package A). This project is part of the government's efforts to alleviate congestion and is expected to be completed within 36 months of the commencement date.
