today I have lost 70% percent of my account due to overtrading. I'm glad I trade with less capital since I know I'm gonna lose but today I lost very much. I don't know what to today. usually I keep a maximum loss limit of 50% of my account per month but now I have lost 70%

what should I do.
should I stop trading for the whole month or should I try to recover emotionally for 5 10 days and then refill my account and then trade please help
