#MuskAmericaParty

Elon Musk announced on July 5–6, 2025, the establishment of a new party named "America Party" via platform X, after a public dispute with former President Donald Trump over the massive financial bill ("Big Beautiful Bill"). Musk conducted a survey on Independence Day (July 4) in which ~1.2 million users participated, with more than 65% voting in favor of establishing a new party.

The party's goals focus on:

Financial reform and reducing the government deficit

Reducing regulations

Supporting the integration of artificial intelligence and robotics in the military

Encouraging procreation as part of the natalist agenda

So far, the party remains "proposed" and its papers have not been officially registered with the Federal Election Commission, but Musk announced that he is in the process of registering it and aims to win some influential seats in the Senate (2–3) and the House of Representatives (8–10) to secure leverage in passing laws.

Reactions have been mixed:

Conservative Scott Bisson urged Musk to focus on his companies rather than politics

Some Republicans fear that a third party could weaken their chances in the 2026 elections.
