First of all, think of your Binance account as a gateway to an extensive digital market.
It doesn't matter if it's about crypto or classic currency (fiat), but to open that door, you first need to bring money there.
The European fiat is logically the euro, and for your information; at this moment the allowed stablecoins are USDC and EURI (this may change; future additions or removals are always possible).
In short, the process is designed to be accessible, but it does require the necessary attention, especially when choosing the right network and accurately following each step.
Without claiming that this is a complete guide, below you will find a brief overview of the steps per type of deposit, presented in this table:

For crypto deposit:
It is essential to select the correct network – a mistake or oversight can lead to the loss of your funds.
Once the shipment has been executed, Binance displays the status of the transaction (e.g., 'pending', 'confirmed', etc.). Wait until the transaction is fully confirmed on the blockchain. Depending on your settings, you will receive notifications, or you can track the status via the website or app. You can also check through the block explorer of the used blockchain.
For fiat deposit:
Card, transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, … Binance collaborates with various payment third-party providers, which may sometimes incur additional costs or processing times, depending on the chosen method.
Strong authentication (KYC) may also be required. This is part of compliance with regulations around fraud and anti-money laundering.
Just a few practical tips
Always check that all details (deposit address, network choice, or payment method) are correct before sending funds.
Keep in mind that there may be processing times for fiat transfers. So, allow sufficient margin if you have a project that depends on a quick receipt. A SEPA transfer can take up to 72 hours without being considered 'delayed'.
