Making this post for 3rd time now. First time I did sticked to the subject, wrote about spot and futures difference ,at the end my keyboard decided to give up on me so my post ended with meaningless word like mmmm..mm, and still noone noticed 😂 or told me. I m not changing it let it be reminder that most people actually don't read posts or don't say their opinion. Second post I made was just meaningless words blbblabla repeating to see will I get the point from task centar . I didnt 😂. Let's see if 3rd time is the charm 🧿😜. What I want to address is that I keep reading this posts that explain how spot trading is " Halal" while futures is " Haram" . Me being from same religion , Muslim, must state my view about this. From my point of view trading in all forms exist since the first cavemen offered some other cavemen fruits in exchange for his prehistoric version of goat 🐐 or whatever, you get my point, I just woke up can't find the right analogy😂. I mean no disrespect to anyone but I just can't find the logic. The use of leverages in futures is what makes it " Haram"? Bit what if I trade a coin on spot and that coin turns out to be " fuel" for some organisation that does some terrible crimes that no religion would support? Isnt that "Haram" too? That same can be used as example for all trades, crypto or fiat. What sin would be bigger? I know our beautifull religion sais explicitly that we are forbiden to trade with INTEREST, in this case the use of leverages in futures . But isn't all trading based on interest on one way or another? The point of the trade is to use that interest so you're trade is sucessfully. What about Lazli who paid 10k $BTC for 2pizzas? Is that Halal? What if I am in a desert 🏝️ searching for water and someone tells me I will sell you water for 100$USDC ? Is that haram? What if he sells me that same water for 50? Or 20? You see my point? Our religion also sais clearly that we should adopt to the times we live in. Do we get to pick and choose what rules apply? If you are trading crypto, you are full grown adult ,you can choose freely what you trade, how and why. All trading have some form of interest in it, so feel free to correct me. I always want to learn something new and I don't say I am 💯 %right. I am simply curious what is the logic behind this reasoning? All opinions are welcomed ,from all religious and points of views. Why is futures Haram but spot is not ? Convince me .
