✅ First: Make sure of these basic points

1. Update the app:

Open the Google Play Store or App Store.

Search for "Binance" and make sure you have the latest version.

If there is an update, do it immediately.

2. Log in from the same account:

Sometimes you get logged out or there is an automatic switch to another account.

Make sure you are still on the same account you were logging into daily.

3. Time Zone:

Binance sometimes relies on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), so a slight delay after midnight according to your local time may make it appear as if you have not logged in yet.

Try logging in after 3 or 4 AM your local time.

🔄 Second: Try the following steps

1. Go to the rewards or tasks page (Reward Center).

From the main page, select: more (More) > then rewards (Reward Center) or tasks and activities (Tasks & Activities).

2. Check the status of points/tasks:

Check if it shows you as "currently ineligible" or that "points have been temporarily frozen".

Make sure whether the points have been renewed or not.

3. Log out and log back into the app:

Log out of your Binance account and then log back in.

Try accessing the points page again.
