Brazil is one of the main stablecoin markets, says research
The trading volume with stablecoins continues to rise in Brazil. According to data from the Biscoint platform, users traded R$ 9.63 billion in USDT from Tether throughout the month of June. From May to June, it had a growth of 32%.
The number of tokens traded increased from 1.28 billion to 1.73 billion, while the daily average rose from 41.28 million to 57.66 million units. The expansion occurred even with a slight decrease in the average price of the asset.
With the continuous advancement of these assets, Brazil consolidates itself as one of the main markets in Latin America. In fact, stablecoins have the potential to become central elements of the financial system by offering predictability, accessibility, and operational security.
