🤑 "Tax on OLX, Prom, Rozetka, Uklon" in Ukraine may be introduced as early as 2026: what is known
Currently, the document is under consideration by the Verkhovna Rada. The draft law states:
▪️Sales of goods and services through platforms will be taxed: 5% personal income tax + 5% military levy.
▪️The platforms themselves will become tax agents — automatically withholding taxes from sellers.
▪️Income will need to be received in special bank accounts, which will be monitored by the State Tax Service.
