#WalletConnect continues to consolidate itself as a reference standard for secure interaction between users and dApps.
As of July 1, its "Certified Program" completed the second round, incorporating nine new wallets: Fireblocks, CTRL, Blockchain.com, Rakuten, BitPay, xPortal, Bitcoin.com, Bifrost, and Best, which join previous participants such as Trust Wallet, Ledger, and Binance Web3 Wallet.
Additionally, the network of connections accumulated more than 300 million, with over 47.5 million unique wallets connected as of May 2025. The token $WCT also gained traction, with 121.3 million staked and a yield of up to 22% APY.
This evolution reaffirms the mission of @WalletConnect aiming to elevate usability and security in the on-chain ecosystem, proposing certifications that instill confidence in both users and developers alike.
