What is #WalletConnect up to today?
In a strategic move to reinforce its ecosystem, WalletConnect announced on July 1 the expansion of its Certified program, adding nine new wallets: Fireblocks, CTRL, Blockchain.com, Rakuten, BitPay, xPortal, Bitcoin.com, Bifrost, and Best. These join established firms such as Trust Wallet, Ledger, and Binance Web3 Wallet.
In parallel, the network surpassed 300 million total connections by May, with over 47.5 million unique wallets.
Additionally, its token $WCT shows significant adoption with 121.3 million staked and up to 22% APY, reinforcing its value proposition as decentralized infrastructure.
Beyond technology, its collaborative and UX/Security standardization approach strengthens the trust of users, developers, and investors.
