14-Year Bitcoin Whale Doesn't Stop: A Total of 5.5 Billion in 50,000 BTC Moved!

The giant Bitcoin (BTC) whale that has been quietly waiting since 2011 accelerated its movement today after a transfer of 20,000 BTC that took place last night, moving a total of 50,000 BTC to different addresses.

The cryptocurrency market is shaken by the massive transfers carried out in succession by the giant Bitcoin whale. According to the latest data reported by on-chain analysis platforms Lookonchain and Wu Blockchain, the whale moved an additional 10,000 BTC today, increasing the total amount moved to 50,000 BTC. The total value of the transfers that took place within two days reached approximately 5.5 billion dollars.

All of the Bitcoins in question were purchased when they were only a few dollars in 2011. The movement of a total of 50,000 BTC in a short period after nearly 14 years of silent waiting has raised new questions in the markets.

The reason why whales suddenly started moving is not yet clearly known. Experts suggest that the transfers may have been made in preparation for large-scale sales, exchange transactions, or transitions to different investment vehicles. However, since no other movements have been observed at the newly transferred addresses so far, the mystery continues.

At the time the news was published, the price of Bitcoin was trading at approximately 108,975 dollars, while analysts express that the movements of the giant whale could create short-term price volatility in the market. It is indicated that investors should closely monitor these massive transfers.
