PENGU Price Breakthrough? Why This Key Resistance Level May Determine the Success or Failure of the Uptrend

The PENGU price has attracted attention after rising more than 8% on both the daily and 4-hour charts this week. It is currently operating within a resistance zone between $0.0175 and $0.020, with traders waiting to see if it will break through or if a pullback will occur.

Momentum has undoubtedly shifted. After months of consolidation and a long-term downtrend that began earlier this year, PENGU's price finally broke through a key descending trendline at the end of June.

PENGU Trend Breakthrough Opens Up Bullish Momentum

From the daily chart, PENGU's price was in a downtrend for most of 2025. This situation changed at the end of June when it strongly broke through the downtrend.

PENGU 4-Hour Chart Shows Steady Climb, But Resistance Is Approaching

On a closer look, the 4-hour chart clearly presents an upward trend. The PENGU price has been on an upward trendline since around June 27, consistently setting new highs and lows.

It also remains above the 200-period SMA at $0.0107, which confirms that short-term momentum is still favorable for the bulls.

However, the current price is testing the red resistance zone. If buyers can push through $0.019 with volume, the next potential target price range is between $0.022 and $0.024. If it fails to break through, we may see some consolidation or a pullback.

RSI Signal Strong, But There Is Also Some Caution

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) on both of PENGU's charts is in the overbought territory, with the daily chart at 75.56 and the 4-hour chart at 70.81. This is good, but it also suggests that the market may be slightly overheated in the short term.

A bearish divergence has appeared on the 4-hour chart, with the price reaching new highs while the RSI hits a new low. This is often an early warning sign that momentum may be weakening.

If the PENGU price cannot break through the resistance level, it could trigger support levels between $0.012 and $0.013, or even as low as $0.010.
