LESSON OF THE DAY โ๏ธ POOR RISK MANAGEMENT ๐๐ Last time I gave out a signal in my private group, I monitored it closely because of a pullback. Thankfully, it reversed and didnโt hit our stop loss. But guess what? One of my students got liquidated before price even reached our stop loss zone. I asked how? ๐ Poor Risk Management. Her liquidation price was higher than our stop loss โ all because of high leverage. --- โ ๏ธ LEVERAGE โ POWER without CONTROL The higher your leverage, the closer your liquidation point is. That means: If trade moves in your favor โ big profits โ If it goes against you โ faster liquidation โ Always check that your liquidation price is far below your stop loss. If itโs not, you might be liquidated before your stop loss is even triggered. --- ๐ Example If a coin is trading at $10, and your: TP is set anywhere realistic (e.g., $12) SL is at $8 But you're on 30x leverage with only $100 margin, your liquidation could be at $9. So even before the trade drops to $8 (your SL), you get wiped out at $9. Then youโll think โtrading is not for me.โ No โ youโre the weapon fashioned against yourself through bad risk control. --- ๐ซ Other Signs of Poor Risk Management: Using wide stop loss on a small account Copying Idoloโs stop loss/leverage without matching their margin size Holding onto losing trades Overtrading and revenge trading Setting unrealistic take profits Taking multiple trades daily chasing recovery Risking too much just to hit a daily target --- โ Proper Risk Management Tips: Use a calculated stop loss, not emotional ones Focus on capital protection, not just profits Understand Zero Liquidation Strategy (Iโll explain this in the next class) Always know: ๐น How much youโre risking ๐น How much youโre aiming to gain ๐น How much you can afford to lose Trading is for you โ just donโt sabotage yourself. $BTC $BNB $ETH

LEARNING OF THE DAY โ๏ธ ๐ How to Identify a Market Trend ๐๐ Knowing the trend is the first step before entering any trade. Hereโs how to spot it: 1. Check Price Direction Uptrend โ Higher Highs & Higher Lows (price rising) Downtrend โ Lower Highs & Lower Lows (price falling) Range โ Price moves sideways between support & resistance 2. Draw a Trendline Connect the lows in an uptrend or highs in a downtrend. If price respects it, the trend is valid. 3. Watch Support & Resistance. Support: Price bounces up Resistance: Price gets rejected When these zones meet the trendline, itโs called a confluence zone โ a strong entry area. Are you following?
