A collective lawsuit has been filed against Michael Saylor's Strategy
The law firm Pomerantz LLP has filed a lawsuit, claiming that Strategy misled investors regarding the profitability of its bitcoin strategy and failed to disclose losses of $5.9 billion in the first quarter of 2025 (ASU 2023-08).
Investors who held shares from April 30, 2024, to April 4, 2025, may join the lawsuit until July 15.
