In five months, 7 million is gone without a trace!

Today I met a fan who lost seven million RMB in less than half a year, and her current state is extremely poor. You can feel from our conversation that her overall mood is very bad.

Taking this opportunity, Jinbao would like to share his own views with everyone.

First of all, I personally strongly disapprove of, and do not wish for friends who are in debt to speculate in cryptocurrencies!

Or to continue to incur debt after losing their principal due to trading.

Let’s not even talk about how your funds were gathered; just the mindset of trading with debt is already not the mindset of a normal trader. Once you have debt, your ability to bear risk is very low, but the risks you face are extremely high.

Moreover, being in debt greatly distorts the trading mindset, making people lose patience in waiting for opportunities, ultimately resulting in repeatedly cutting losses during normal market fluctuations and collapsing time after time.

Jinbao has also come into contact with many friends in debt who speculate in cryptocurrencies. To put it simply, their trading mindset is just crazily opening positions all day long, unwilling to cut losses when they should, and cutting losses when they should hold. The moment their direction slightly contradicts their operation, they start to complain. Every time they trade, they feel they still have great insight!

Jinbao believes that making money, especially making money in the trading market, is essentially a process of waiting for opportunities. Patience is the most important thing.

As Buffett said, no one wants to become rich slowly. Therefore, you have to go against this human nature and be willing to wait for time to make you rich, slow wealth is king.

Everyone has their own market. When it’s not your market, try not to trade; observe more and do less, rather than operating crazily every day.

Why do losses increase as you trade more:

1. Psychological factors: You are always afraid of missing out, but once you enter the market, you begin to feel fear, doubt, and uncertainty, always worrying that your direction is wrong! Your mind starts to gamble wildly, and the fluctuations in K-lines make you lose faith every minute!

2. Economic aspect: It’s fine when you see your funds flowing in, but when you see them constantly flowing out, you start to lose your composure, feeling regret, anger, and remorse!

3. Technical aspect: You always think it’s useless; just guessing the right direction is enough. Technical analysis is troublesome, and it’s better than the stimulation of news.
