What does it mean to be harvested? You will understand after watching this. When I first entered the crypto world, I thought I was here to make money,
but three years later, I finally understood:
I have always been that 'harvested' leek.
In the first year, I joined various airdrop groups, new project groups, and project team chat groups,
and whenever someone said 'XX coin will rise', I jumped in,
but ended up blowing up twice in a month, holding a bunch of worthless coins.
In the second year, I started following trades, thinking I was holding onto a 'big thigh',
but in reality, I was just being used as 'liquidity' for someone else.
At that time, I still hadn't realized that the essence of the term 'signal' is 'dumping'.
The most ironic thing is that until the third year,
I built my own circle, observed a bunch of people and projects,
only then did I truly understand:
'Harvesting leeks' is not about deceiving you; it’s about luring you in, and then slowly harvesting.
🚩 Classic trick for harvesting leeks:
1️⃣ Making promises: White papers exaggerate the future, the community is filled with 'financial freedom' language
2️⃣ Creating FOMO: Telling you 'Hurry, now is the best time to join'
3️⃣ Seeking endorsements: Recommendations from big influencers, some exchange is about to list, so-and-so invested
4️⃣ Pump: Price surges, retail investors jump in
5️⃣ Dump and harvest: Project team and early players cash out and leave
You think you are investing in projects,
but in fact, they have already written the script.
🧠 So now I only believe in three things:
Projects with real use cases and products
Judgments supported by logic, not just 'I feel it will rise'
Strategies with risk control awareness, not reckless gambling
The crypto world is not paradise; it is a battlefield that amplifies human desires.
Whoever cannot control their greed will be cut.
