This program is launched by the Web3 Foundation as part of the Decentralized Nodes Program.
It aims to discover and support validator nodes with high-level technical capabilities, stable operations, and active participation in the ecosystem, promoting greater decentralization and security of the Polkadot network.
At the same time, through delegation, support, and incentives for those: stable in operation, actively participating in governance, and possessing technical capabilities, to enhance the network's decentralization and diversity!
