🇺🇸 SEC evaluates fast track for crypto ETF

The SEC is considering a simplified structure to approve #ETFs of cryptocurrencies. Instead of the cumbersome form 19b-4, issuers could use only the S-1 and wait 75 days. If there are no objections, the ETF is launched.

This could accelerate the arrival of altcoin ETFs like $SOL , $DOGE , $XRP , and more. It would also facilitate products with staking, like the new ETF of #solana . The measure aims to reduce friction between issuers and regulators and open the door to a new wave of institutional capital.
