Market is still mixed as of today, especially after the last feud between Musk and Trump which I think it will give the market another extra volatility in this low liquidity market. However, I don't think it's time to be exposed in fear mindset.
I personally think that it will become another 'nothing burger' story as a drama which could give us a chance to buy lower.
1. I think the Big beautiful bill is a good thing for the short term as it will provide us with more liquidity in the market and the biggest debt ceiling limit is about to be approved in the history of America. Good thing for short term.
2. In the long run, I tend to agree with Elon Musk with the bankruptcy is the base case scenario. Basically at the current rate of the debt outstanding, it's not resilient and the default is just years away.
3. I also think that in the short term, everything will do well as the sentiment to force the FED to rate cut is increasing, we will get it at some point.
4. SLR relaxation in the process and brace for an impact. Might push the risk-on environment higher.
I project the S&P500 to reach $6600 - $7000 between the eoy - mid 2026.
