On the first day of July, Big Pancake and Aunty gave us a surprise, a sharp decline, but it just can’t fall back down. What does this mean!!!

Big Pancake today dropped to a low of around 105623, just over a hundred points away from our evening silk exposure prediction of 105500. Currently, looking at the four-hour level, Big Pancake touched the lower Bollinger Band, so we’ll see if the support level can hold. If it doesn’t hold, we’ll still be looking for a pullback, with the first target at 106716 and the second target at 107581; if the four-hour level breaks down, it will continue to decline, with the pullback target looking at the range of 104594 to 102049.

Aunty fell to our target point of around 2405 in the evening, and immediately rebounded back up. It seems that 2400 is a very strong support level. If it doesn’t break at the four-hour level, we will continue to look for a rebound, with the rebound target around 2457; if it breaks, the pullback target is around 2364!!!
