"Elon Musk knew, long before he strongly supported my presidency, that I am strongly opposed to forcing electric cars. It's ridiculous, and it has always been a key part of my campaign. Electric cars are good, but not everyone should be forced to own one. Elon might be getting more support than any human in history, no doubt, and without support, his factory would probably have been shut down and he would have returned to South Africa. We won't see rocket launches or satellites or electric car production anymore, and our country will save a tremendous amount of wealth. Maybe we should ask Doug to take a closer look at this?
