#WalletConnect To celebrate this integration, the WalletConnect Foundation will launch a new airdrop of 5 million WCT tokens to active users of Solana. The distribution will be carried out in collaboration with popular projects in the ecosystem such as Phantom, Jupiter, Backpack, and Solflare.
According to Pedro Gomes, founder and CEO of WalletConnect, these tokens are part of a total of 185 million WCT reserved for distribution via airdrops since September 2023. This will be the second major free distribution campaign, following the 50 million tokens distributed in the first season in November of last year.
