To be honest, it really hurts

When your account keeps rising, winning consecutively many times,

watching the balance grow day by day, feeling inflated, full of confidence, thinking you've 'made it', feeling the market is nothing special...

But just one mistake, just one wave of pullback, could take back most, if not all, of what you previously won in a day, an hour, or even just a few minutes.

How painful is this feeling? Only those who have truly experienced it would understand.

Contracts are just that real. You can win against it countless times,

but it only needs one opportunity to make you completely deny yourself, even wipe you out overnight.

But if you think about it calmly: actually, you are not incapable of trading,

it's not that you can't understand the market, it's not that your skills are lacking.

It's just that this time, you didn’t control yourself. To put it bluntly, the root of losing money has never been the market, but emotions.

Losing on the last trade isn’t scary, wanting to win it back on the next trade isn’t scary,

what's truly scary is the emotional backlash, loss of control in trading, not setting stop-losses and stubbornly resisting,

crumbling while gambling, losing while adding more, ultimately turning a small loss into a big one.

Now, the most important thing is: how much do you have left? Can you stabilize yourself?

Can you manage to: not be impulsive, not increase your position, not stubbornly resist?

As long as you still have your capital, as long as you still have a breath left, as long as you are willing to return to a planned, rhythmic, and risk-controlled trading pace, and want to recover your losses, you have a complete opportunity.

Don't mess things up. Don't force yourself to pretend nothing is wrong. If you truly want to get out of this, want to fill this pit, let’s replan and gradually recover.

Don't forget: you were able to make money before, not by luck, but by execution, by rhythm, by calmness.

Now, what you need to do is simply: return to that state.
