📌 Briton Sued Over £330 Million Crypto Ponzi Scheme

Peter McInnes, a 56-year-old property developer from Liverpool, is facing a civil class action lawsuit in New York, accused of operating a £330 million (~$440M) crypto-based Ponzi scheme through platforms called TradeAI and Stakx (source).

TradeAI allegedly promised investors "massive returns", but eventually stopped withdrawals and introduced Stakx as a replacement — which met the same fate.
