GIBRALTAR - The digital asset construction company Coinsilium Group Limited (AQSE:COIN | OTCQB: CINGF) has acquired 15.4147 bitcoins at an average price of £79,145.23 per bitcoin, the company announced on Monday.

The acquisition, valued at approximately £1.22 million ($1.67 million), brings the total bitcoin holdings of Forza Gibraltar Limited, Coinsilium's Gibraltar subsidiary, to 73.7304 bitcoins.

The company's bitcoin treasury currently has a total approximate value of £5.79 million ($7.93 million), with an aggregate average purchase price of £79,093.70 per bitcoin.

Coinsilium founded Forza in 2025 specifically to implement its bitcoin-focused treasury operations. All bitcoin purchases are made in accordance with the company's Bitcoin Treasury Policy, according to the statement.

The company, which is listed on Aquis and has been operating in the digital asset sector since 2015, describes itself as a business builder, investor, and advisor in the blockchain sector. The company maintains a portfolio of strategic investments in the digital asset sector, including stakes in blockchain, fintech, and digital infrastructure companies.
