Recently, the Ethereum Foundation's wallet address unexpectedly transferred 11,000 $ETH (~27.7 million USD) to another multisig wallet owned by them.

The purpose of this action is still unclear, but with such a significant amount of $ETH, it is certainly not a random move. We will closely monitor this action by @VitalikButerin and his associates🦈
