Maximally risk-free hedged strategy + scalping (long/short)
1. Conditions for entry
- Timeframe: 5-15 minutes (optimal for scalping).
- Leverage: 2x-5x (minimizing risk but with profit potential).
- Indicators:
- EMA(20) and EMA(50):
- Long: Price above EMA(20) and EMA(50), while EMA(20) > EMA(50).
- Short: Price below EMA(20) and EMA(50), while EMA(20) < EMA(50).
- RSI(14):
- Long: RSI > 50 (but not above 70 to avoid overbought conditions).
- Short: RSI < 50 (but not below 30 to avoid oversold conditions).
- MACD:
- Long: MACD histogram above zero and increasing.
- Short: MACD histogram below zero and decreasing.
2. Rules for entry and exit
Long (buy)
- Entry:
- Price bounces off EMA(20) or EMA(50) from bottom to top.
- RSI(14) > 50 and MACD shows growth.
- Trading volume is increasing (confirmation of interest).
- Exit:
- Price reaches the nearest resistance (for example, 0.00000974).
- RSI(14) > 70 (overbought).
- MACD starts to decrease.
Short (sell)
- Entry:
- Price bounces off EMA(20) or EMA(50) from top to bottom.
- RSI(14) < 50 and MACD shows decline.
- Trading volume is increasing (confirmation of sales).
- Exit:
- Price reaches the nearest support (for example, 0.00000936).
- RSI(14) < 30 (oversold).
- MACD starts to rise.
3. Hedging
- Open long and short simultaneously with a small leverage (2x) at different levels.
- Close losing position when profitable position reaches take-profit.
- Example:
- Long at 0.00000964, short at 0.00000970.
- If the price is rising, close the short with minimal loss and secure profits on the long.
4. Risk Management
- Stop-loss: 1-2% of deposit per trade.
- Take-profit: 2-3% (scalping).
- Do not use more than 5% of deposit on a single trade.
5. Example for today (current data)
- Current price: 0.00000964.
- EMA(20): 0.00000947 (price above — signal to long).
- RSI(14): 56.95 (neutral-positive).
- MACD: 0.00000005 (histogram is increasing).
Decision:
- Open long with a take-profit at 0.00000974 (1% profit) and stop-loss at 0.00000955.
