Shares of "Berkshire Hathaway" will be delivered on Monday, including nearly 12.4 million Class B shares. The value of a single Class B share was $485.68 at the last close on Friday.

The five institutions will receive the following shares:
✅Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Trust: will receive 9.4 million shares, which is the largest part of the donation.
✅Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation: will receive 943,384 shares.
✅Sherwood Foundation: will receive 660,366 shares.
✅Howard G. Buffett Foundation: will receive 660,366 shares.
✅NoVo Foundation: will receive 660,366 shares.
It is worth mentioning that Warren Buffett pledged in 2006 to donate most of his wealth to charity, and he has publicly stated that his children, who share his views on addressing wealth inequality through private philanthropy, will carry out his wishes.
