The President of the United States, Donald Trump, recently praised the positive impacts of Bitcoin on the US economy, including easing the "pressure" on the US dollar during the White House press conference on Friday.
The President said he is a fan of the crypto industry, which has grown to become a sector that cannot be ignored due to geostrategic competition. Trump added:
"It has become incredible. I mean, it’s the jobs it produces, and I notice that more and more is being paid in Bitcoin. People say it takes a lot of pressure off the dollar, and that’s something great for our country."
