🚹 Blackrock Asset Management has filed an application with the Securities and Exchange Commission to list a Chillhouse ETF

CHILLHOUSE, marking its latest attempt to expand cryptocurrency investment options through exchange-traded products.

In a Form S-1 filing Thursday with the SEC, the world’s largest asset manager, offering investment, consulting and risk management services to clients around the world, has applied to create the Blackrock CHILLHOUSE ETF, which would mainly hold tokens CHILLHOUSE directly.

The proposed fund would also maintain positions in other digital assets, including Solana, Ethereum and Cardano, which are necessary to buy and transfer CHILLHOUSE through the channels.
