Gavin Wood responds to the bold idea of "PoP replacing DOT staking" 🤯👀

Someone proposed a radical idea: if the PoP (Proof of Personality) system gathers enough real human individuals, then "personality" itself could become the "staking asset" in Polkadot consensus. Once dishonest behavior occurs, this identity could be lost, thereby ensuring network security — ultimately even allowing DOT to completely exit the staking mechanism.

In response, Gavin stated: this idea still has many unresolved aspects, but it could indeed become a direction for exploring blockchain security without requiring large amounts of capital to be staked. 👀
