18.Divergence 💠
This occurs when price and an oscillator move opposite. In crypto, if price makes a higher high but RSI/MACD makes a lower high, traders see “bearish divergence” (momentum fading) and prepare for a drop; the reverse (price lower low but RSI higher low) is “bullish divergence,” a hint that a downtrend may reverse.
