There is no law at all preventing Ripple@ from selling
the XRP it has deposited.
I am completely convinced that the Bank for International Settlements, the International Monetary Fund, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury have already acquired
according to the terms of the agreements that were set in 2019
a large portion of the XRP$ funds held.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission lawsuit was filed during the same period when these non-disclosure agreements were likely to be signed. While I cannot provide evidence for this, I have strong reasons
to believe it.
No one can say for sure that all the held funds $XRP still belong to Ripple.
