Zhiqin Holdings: Fiscal year 2025 revenue decreased by 8.1% to HKD 1.414 billion
On June 27, Zhiqin Holdings (09913.HK) announced that its revenue for the year ending March 31, 2025, decreased by approximately 8.1% to about HKD 1.414 billion, compared to approximately HKD 1.539 billion for the fiscal year 2024. The gross profit margin increased from approximately 15.9% in the fiscal year 2024 to about 25.7% in the fiscal year 2025, an increase of about 9.8%. The loss attributable to the owners of the company for the year was approximately HKD 7.6 million, while the profit attributable to the owners of the company in the previous year was HKD 28.1 million. Excluding the impairment losses on non-recurring contract assets and trade receivables, the adjusted profit attributable to the owners of the company for the fiscal year 2025 was approximately HKD 10.6 million, a decrease of about 62.1% compared to approximately HKD 28.1 million in the fiscal year 2024. The Board of Directors does not recommend the payment of a final dividend for the fiscal year 2025.
