News: Did the Federal Reserve cut interest rates? Are there new coins listed on exchanges? Is the project team planning something big?

On-chain data: Are large wallets accumulating? Are exchange reserves plummeting?

Trend judgment: Is the weekly chart in an upward channel or breaking down?

Even if you can only look at one of these, it's better than blindly gambling!

For example, last month a certain exchange launched a new coin, I checked the project team’s background in advance and found that they had a criminal record, so I avoided it. As a result, that coin dropped 50% immediately after listing, and a bunch of people in the group got burned.

Mindset management: Look at your account less, sleep more.
