Sitting idle and criticizing the state and the nation will not put an end to the fires.

For 3 days, #Izmir has been burning; there are fires at every point.

I will list the simple mistakes that everyone makes. Please, content creators, also write about this issue and inform the public 🔥

1) I am even ashamed to write this, but lighting a barbecue. The coals you threw aside because they were out continue to burn from the inside. I mean, is it really that necessary to have a barbecue in the forest? You are putting the future of the country at risk for a little enjoyment 🥲

2) The simplest but major issue is throwing cigarette butts out of vehicle windows during travel. Perhaps the fire you just said was not there was started by the cigarette butt you threw out the window 🚬

3) Again, the flammable trash like bottles and paper bags left in forested areas or thrown on the roadside. There is a gas station at most 30 minutes away. Are you out of your mind, brother? What is it to throw trash out of the car? Which cave are you living in? Or if you went for a picnic, why are you leaving all your trash in nature? What kind of terrorist behavior is this?

4) Also, vehicles driven into forested areas with loud music playing to prevent the battery from dying can start fires due to exhaust or engine heat.

5) Many nature lovers set up camping tents in the forest. However, five careless friends coming together can harm nature and unfortunately start a fire. Please do not set up a tent without receiving training in camping ⛺

6) If you notice, 90% of the fires are caused by human actions. Many are not intentional but stem from careless behaviors. But of course, there are people who are enemies of this country. A small portion of forest fires is also caused by terrorist acts. Therefore, if you see someone wandering around the forest looking like a terrorist, please inform 112. If you see them holding a canister or something flammable, call even the President; it is that important ‼️
