Currency as if forgotten

I have never seen inflation and decline to this degree, even for currencies that have been completely removed and canceled from the trading list; they have never inflated or declined like this. What do you think is the reason for the continuous and sharp decline of the OM currency? The OM currency is experiencing continuous inflation and decline.
