Analyst: US Credit Default Rate May Decline in 2025

He stated, "The higher default activity in 2024 has 'cleared up' many problematic situations." Dulake noted that factors such as healthy corporate financial conditions, ample private credit capital, and strong refinancing activity over the past year should drive the default rate down.
