What does it mean to 'bet on a rebound'? Simply put, it's an unwillingness to admit mistakes.
Recently, I've seen a few account cases that made me want to say a few words.
What does it mean to 'bet on whether it will rebound' or 'if you get both directions right, there's a chance'...
Honestly, what time is it now? The account has fallen from 1 million to a few tens of thousands,
and you’re still asking: 'Should I cut my losses?'
At the end of the day, it's about not wanting to admit mistakes and not willing to stop loss. The market is obvious, the direction has long been wrong,
but there's still a glimmer of hope, thinking about turning it around with a 'gamble'.
But reality tells you: the more you have this gambler mentality, the faster you'll end up dead and the cleaner your losses will be.
Real experts never gamble on whether the market will rebound; they only take trend-following trades when the direction is clear.
If they're wrong, they withdraw immediately. It's not scary if the account funds are low; what's scary is clearly being wrong in direction,
yet still stubbornly holding on and gambling, eventually leading the account to zero.
If you still don’t know how to control risk, how to stop losses, or how to use rhythm to bring the account back,
follow Mr. Huo and don’t wait until the next 'total collapse' to regret.
