NOTICE: Today I received several DMs about the videos… Guys, I don’t have control over the posts. Many people complained until recently that they were NOT receiving or finding my publications (only with delays), that they couldn’t find the recent analyses. Unfortunately, this is something beyond my control.

Now, Binance has divided the posts: one part goes to the quotes tab and another appears in the main tab. It seems to me that the issue of receiving has improved, as no one has mentioned anything else.

Regarding the audio/video, this is completely new for my profile. I don’t know any other Brazilian here who does lives so we can ask how to fix it… The videos are not saved for me and each person is saying something different.

Some mentioned in the live that they can see everything through notifications. Others contacted me on Instagram saying they can only hear the audio, but do not see the video. Some people sent screenshots showing that only parts of the videos appear and several have no sound. Others say they receive nothing.

‼️So, the most recommended is: choose a day of the week to log in and ask questions. There’s no need to log in every day. And, if you want something fixed, there’s a class on Saturday at 7 PM. It’s a set time. On Saturdays, it’s just class.

I’m trying to help, truly. But there are things that don’t depend on me. It’s the Binance system and I don’t yet have a “voice” to get immediate resolutions.

I’ve only been here in the community for 5 months and everything is still very new to me.
