Trump Claims Middle East Conflict is Over, Bitcoin Surges to US$108,000
Bitcoin surged to US$108,000 after U.S. President Donald Trump stated that in his opinion, the conflict between Iran and Israel has ended. It is known that the creation of Satoshi Nakamoto had previously dropped to US$99,000 after the U.S. attacked Iran's main nuclear site on Sunday (06/22).
Previously, Trump announced that Iran and Israel should implement a ceasefire after Iran attacked a U.S. base in Qatar, which caused Bitcoin to recover to US$105,000. At least for now, the fragile ceasefire between Israel and Iran is still in effect.
In his latest press conference, he expressed hope that the Russia-Ukraine conflict could be resolved soon. Trump also encouraged NATO member countries to purchase military equipment from the United States as an effort to strengthen the domestic defense industry.
On the other hand, altcoins remain stagnant with Ethereum priced at US$2,400 per token, Solana valued at US$145.23, XRP selling for US$2.198, and Dogecoin now priced at US$0.1641 per coin.
