Many people trade with a chaotic rhythm, not being beaten by the market, but getting confused by themselves.

I have long stopped chasing highs and selling lows; no matter how volatile the market is, I only focus on three time points:

9 AM, 3 PM, and 9 PM.

Why?

Because these three time points are when market volatility emotions are most concentrated, and the main players' actions are often hidden in these nodes.

Especially after 9 PM, there are often false breakouts and real washouts. If you catch them well, the opportunities are much clearer than during the day.

Now when I trade, I hardly look at the whole day; I only pay attention to the rhythm and do not get greedy for opportunities.

Focus on time, focus on rhythm, do not make predictions.

Don't think I say this easily; behind it are countless lessons learned from being stopped out and being harvested back and forth.

Some rhythms can only be understood through real experience.

If your trading rhythm is always chaotic, if you chase highs and get trapped, while being afraid to enter at lows, it’s not that your skills are lacking; it’s that your rhythm is not on point.

What I use is not complicated, but it is genuinely effective.

The market exists every day, but whether you can approach it steadily depends on whether you have your own trading rhythm. If you don’t have a rhythm, don’t force it.
