The task requires trading 200u of $NEWT
You can buy 101u of NEWT, then sell it immediately
This way, the total buy and sell will exceed 200u
After you finish, go back and it will say 'Task Completed'
There is also another recharge task, I will try to recharge 201u from other exchanges or wallets to see if it works
