NYSE Arca Proposes Listing Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF
According to PANews, NYSE Arca has submitted a 19b-4 application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the listing and trading of shares in the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF, B.T. The application outlines a proposed rule change under Section 19(b)(1) of the amended Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and its Rule 19b-4. NYSE Arca aims to list and trade the ETF shares on its market under NYSE Arca Rule 8.201-E.
