Cardone Capital adds 1000 Bitcoins and looks for more: details

Cardone Capital announced its first investment in Bitcoin by adding 1000 Bitcoins to its balance sheet, a move described by CEO Grant Cardone as representing an unprecedented integration between real estate and Bitcoin.

The company aims to expand its holdings to an additional 3000 Bitcoins over the year.

The purchase is estimated to be worth around 101 million dollars, placing Cardone Capital in a leading position among companies owning the digital asset, surpassing major mining companies such as Core Scientific and Kyber Mining, according to BiTBO data.

As part of its dual strategy, the company launched the 10X Miami River Bitcoin fund in May, which combines a multi-family property in Miami with a 15 million dollar investment in Bitcoin.

The idea is to use real estate cash flows to buy more cryptocurrencies.

In the same context, Metaplanet announced the purchase of an additional 1111 Bitcoins, raising its holdings to 11,111 units worth approximately 1.12 billion dollars.

As for Michael Saylor, founder of Strategy, he continued to hint at future purchases through periodic posts, with the company's treasury value reaching around 61 billion dollars.
