【美国德州州长签署比特币储备法案SB 21】据 Bitcoin Laws 披露，美国德克萨斯州州长格雷格·阿博特签署了比特币储备法案 SB 21，使其正式成为法律。德克萨斯州现在成为第三个拥有比特币储备的州。此前德克萨斯州副州长 Dan Patrick 宣布，德克萨斯州战略比特币储备法案获得了两党支持，将创建由州政府管理的基金，并且只会投资于过去 12 个月内平均市值至少为 5000 亿美元的加密货币，且有资格获得州预算拨款。此外法案还建立了战略比特币储备咨询委员会，为基金管理提供指导，并要求每两年提交一次持有情况报告。
