#币圈 If you can survive, you've already beaten 90% of people.

Brothers, I'll just say this: If you can survive, you've already beaten 90% of people.

When I was at my lowest, my account only had 3000U left. I had just been liquidated multiple times, losing over a hundred thousand dollars, and I was in a state of numbness, staring at the market without knowing what I was doing.

But it all started from that 3000U, and I turned it around, rolling it up to 50,000U. It wasn't through all-in bets, nor was it through luck; it was because I changed my way of living.

Step one, I only trade familiar coins.

I no longer touch those hot new coins, the ones that surge tens of times right after they launch. Those seem to present great opportunities, but their volatility is a trap.

I focused on ETH, so familiar that I could know the key support and resistance levels with my eyes closed; I could even predict sudden spikes.

Step two, I completely abandoned the habit of chasing trades.

In the past, I would chase when the price rose and cut losses when it fell, causing my account to skyrocket one day and explode the next. Later, I only traded at the levels I had mapped out in advance, entering the market only when emotions were at their most fearful, stepping in with blood on my hands, waiting for the market to self-correct.

The most crucial point is that my mindset changed.

Before, trading felt like warfare; now, it feels like raising fish. I'm not afraid of missing opportunities, but I'm afraid of dying. 3000U is my lifeline; preserving the principal is essential for any future plans.

I rolled from 3000U to 50,000U without high-frequency trading and didn't rely on insider information; it was all about repeatedly using a few simple methods combined with strict risk control.

Many people are now numb from losses, their mentality is exploding, feeling like they'll never recover.

I can only say this: as long as you still have capital, as long as you still have your wits about you, there is still a chance.

But the premise is: you have to survive. You need to know how to survive.

How to roll your capital? How to be stable? How to pick points? How to maintain your mindset?

I might write out these methods, but perhaps you won't understand them.

The path I have walked may save you half a year.
