How can you actually make money in the cryptocurrency world?
In my opinion, there are three types of people and three ways of making a living in the cryptocurrency world; which one do you belong to?
First type: Newbie, little capital, knows nothing
If you can't even differentiate between Bitcoin and Ethereum, don't think about mythical returns. First, learn not to lose money. Honestly invest in BTC, ETH, BNB; you won't make big money, but you'll outperform 90% of chaotic novice traders.
Remember, during the newbie phase, not losing is making money.
Second type: Veteran, small capital but knowledgeable
You know which sectors are hot, can understand project logic, and even grasp the FOMO psychology of people. At this point, your rule is “buy new, not old,” focusing on low market cap potential coins, waiting for the wind to come.
But remember, you might only need to be right once to turn it around.
Third type: Medium capital, somewhat knowledgeable
Know a bit about everything, but not deep enough? Then go with “large positions in mainstream currencies, small positions in hot topics.” Allocate 80% of your funds to hard currencies like BTC and ETH, and 20% to chase new narratives (like RWA, AI, MEME); don't go wild when you make money, and don't panic when you lose.
