The wallet TGE opening experienced severe dumping, leading to significant profit shrinkage. Binance has started to implement per-TGE, with the first phase XNY following the same rules as TGE: a subscription of 3 BNB, with participation using alpha points. The difference is that the tokens cannot be traded immediately after the event ends; there will be a lock-up period, presumably to avoid dumping.

2. This per-TGE is essentially an early presale, locking in shares while waiting for the actual TGE opening. It's uncertain how long it will take, but once it actually opens, trading seems possible.
