Regarding the alpha risk control issue, a friend mentioned under another post of mine that if the blocking strategy is implemented, it becomes useless. Coincidentally, I got blocked this afternoon.
I asked customer service and followed the necessary procedures, and now it's just a two-day waiting period.
There hasn't been any unusual behavior in my account, so I'll continue normal activity for the next two days. If it's still the same, I can only say it's not my fault.
Materials that need to be submitted regarding risk control:
1. Screenshot of frequently used device information
2. Recharge records from a different phone outside of the last three months (if not available, the largest single record from the last three months will suffice), or C2C transactions, which require full process login, etc.
Basically, it needs to be proven that it's not a case of multiple accounts transferring to each other.
